Aspira are currently seeking experienced Helpdesk Support
professionals at to work for a large client in Dublin city centre. The
ideally candidate will have a minimum of 4 / 6 years? experience at
an intermediate level.
The contract is for **Apply on the website** months with a view to a

The role will initially be offered remotely but will eventually be
based on site in Dublin, with a view to travel to other offices for
support as required.
Experience required in Helpdesk Support includes:

Office **Apply on the website**.
* Windows Server **Apply on the website** / **Apply on the website**
/ **Apply on the website**.
* MS Exchange Server.
* Active Directory.
* Video Conferencing (for example Starleaf).
* Fixed and Mobile Telephony, Mobile Device Management Systems ?
iPhones & Android.
* PC Support.
* Skype for Business.
* Windows **Apply on the website** operating system.
* Remote monitoring software (for example SCOM, Nagios, Solar Winds,
PRTG)
* Virtualisation products (for example VMWare).
* Fluent in the spoken and written English language.
* An academic qualification and/or a professional certification which
is equivalent to NFQ Level 4 (or higher) and is relevant to the role
of Helpdesk Support.
Or:
* A professional certification or an academic qualification, but its
preference is for a professional certification. Professional
certifications may include, but are not limited to:
Comptia A+ & N+ certifications, Microsoft MCSA certification,
Microsoft MCSE certification.
